產品簡介 | Product Overview
ND-A2 為日積先進材料的電子黏著與保護材料，具備高透明、低黏度，以及耐熱與耐化學性的材料特性，可供光電元件、玻璃與金屬接合，以及透明保護塗層等用途評估。
針對不同基材與製程需求，日積提供材料選用與應用評估支援，協助客戶確認適合的塗佈、點膠與接合條件。
ND-A2 is an electronic adhesive and protective material from NNK Advanced Materials. Its material characteristics include high optical transparency, low viscosity, heat resistance and chemical resistance. It can be evaluated for optoelectronic components, glass-to-metal bonding and transparent protective coatings.
NNK supports material selection and application evaluation for different substrates and process requirements, helping customers identify suitable coating, dispensing and bonding conditions.

高透明 | High Optical Transparency
適合對透光與外觀有要求的黏著、固定及透明保護用途。實際光學表現取決於膜厚、基材及固化條件。
Suitable for bonding, fixation and transparent protection where light transmission and appearance matter. Optical performance depends on film thickness, substrate and curing conditions.
低黏度 | Low Viscosity
有利於材料流動、塗佈及精密點膠，可依產品結構與製程條件評估適用性。
Supports material flow, coating and precision dispensing. Suitability should be evaluated for the component geometry and processing conditions.
耐熱特性 | Heat Resistance
可供具有耐熱需求的接合與保護用途評估，使用條件須依溫度、時間及性能要求確認。
Can be evaluated for bonding and protection applications requiring heat resistance. Operating conditions must be assessed against temperature, exposure duration and performance requirements.
耐化學特性 | Chemical Resistance
可依實際接觸的化學品種類、濃度與時間，評估作為保護層或接合材料的適用性。
Suitability as a protective layer or bonding material can be evaluated against the specific chemicals, concentrations and exposure durations involved.
玻璃與金屬附著 | Adhesion to Glass and Metals
可供玻璃、金屬及異材質接合評估；附著效果須配合基材種類、表面潔淨度與前處理條件確認。
Can be evaluated for adhesion to glass, metals and dissimilar substrates. Adhesion must be confirmed for the substrate type, surface cleanliness and pretreatment conditions.
